Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 65 years as of March 13, 2026.
- General Requirements: Must be a citizen of India, of sound mind, and not have more than one spouse living.
- Educational Qualifications:
- PGTs: Post Graduate degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) and a B.Ed. degree.
- TGTs: Four-year integrated degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science in the concerned subjects with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) plus a B.Ed. degree.
- Teacher Eligibility Test: Candidates for TGT posts must have passed OSSTET, OTET-Paper II, or CTET-Paper II.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to teach in both Odia and English mediums is required.
