1. Educational Qualification
- Essential: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University/Institute.

2. Work Experience (Government Sector Only)
- Senior Section Officer: 6 years or more of post-qualification supervisory level experience in the government sector.
- Section Officer: 5 years or more of post-qualification supervisory level experience in the government sector.
- Note: Experience in the private sector shall not be counted toward the minimum requirement.
- Relevant Areas: Experience must include drafting and vetting agreements, tenders, MOUs, legal documentation, and handling statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF Act, and tax laws.
