- Venue: Conference Hall, Old DHH, Kendrapara.
- Latecomers will not be entertained for registration.

The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the continuity of the scheme. The lower age limit for all positions is 21 years as of October 31, 2025.

📝 Documents Required for NHM Kendrapara Recruitment
Candidates must attend the interview with the following documents:
- Filled-up application form.
- All original certificates & mark sheets for verification.
- Self-attested xerox copy of all testimonials (certificates & mark sheets of all educational qualifications).
- Two recent passport size colour photographs, duly self-attested.
- Self-Attested photo ID proof (Voter ID card / PAN card / Driving License / Aadhar card/ Passport).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC), if applicable (for candidates already working in the Health Department on regular or contractual basis).
- A certificate for conversion to percentage of marks, if marks are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, etc..
