Educational Qualification and Experience:
Essential:-
i. CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)
ii. Minimum 20 years post qualification experience in finance/
accounts work in a responsible position in Banking/Finance sector.
Desirable:-
ii. Preference will be given to persons with CS qualification.

General Information relating to NCDC Recruitment 2025

The contract’s initial duration will be three years, but it may be extended by one year at a time, up to a maximum of five years, if there is a demonstrably strong track record of delivering high-quality services during that time.
Along with pay, the position is eligible for D.A., H.R.A., and Transport Allowance at Central Government rates (the salary must include all applicable taxes). Additional benefits include LTC and medical reimbursement in accordance with company policies.
No entitlement to a regular appointment at NCDC or its affiliated organizations will be granted by the engagement, which will only be on a contractual basis. In the National Cooperative Development Corporation, the contractual party will not be eligible for reimbursement, absorption, or regularization of service.
At the time of joining, the officer must present original documentation and certificates attesting to their age, education, and experience; otherwise, their offer of engagement will be rescinded.

A preliminary shortlist may be created by NCDC based on factors including experience and academic records. Only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted for an interview or in-person meeting.
