MPUDC Administrator’s Salary & Pay Scale

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications for MPUDC Administrator Recruitment
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Desirable: MBA in Public Management or Human Resources.
- Experience Requirements:
- For Deputation: First-class officers working in Madhya Pradesh Government departments/Central Government departments/Public Sector Undertakings/Boards/Semi-Government institutions with at least 5 years of administrative experience, OR currently working SDMs/Additional Collectors/Deputy Collectors with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- For Contract: Retired first-class officers from MP Government departments, public undertakings, boards, semi-government institutions, or police departments with at least 3 years of administrative experience; OR retired first-class officers from All India Police Service or State Police Service with at least 5 years of experience; OR retired first-class officers from the Indian Army with at least 5 years of administrative experience.
- Preference: Candidates having experience in establishment, store, or court works will be given preference.
MPUDC Administrator Contract Duration & Age Limit
- Contract Tenure: Maximum of 3 years (initially for 1 year, extendable twice by one year each based on performance evaluation) or up to the age limit of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
- Age Limit for Retired Applicants: Applicants applying for contract appointment post-retirement must not be more than 63 years of age as on the last date of submitting the application.
