KGBV Odisha Recruitment 2025: Several District education offices/District project offices of Odisha State have started releasing notification for the engagement of Teaching post like Part-time teacher in various subjects and Non-teaching post like warden and accountant etc. on contractual basis in their respective Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV). Over a period of time all the District education offices of Odisha are expected to issue the recruitment notifications for Teaching & Non-teaching post. It is a great opportunity for the aspiring candidates who wants to work with Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV).

The District education offices/District project offices Odisha are inviting applications from qualified candidates for the recruitment various Teaching & Non-teaching post on contractual basis. Provision of Vacancy for KGBV Odisha Recruitment 2025

Eligibility for Warden(Female)
Qualification: The female candidate should have a Bachelor degree (B.A./ BSc.) with B.Ed. If there are no qualified applicants, untrained applicants with a BA or B.Sc. will be taken into consideration if they have two years of managerial experience in the educational sector. Age Limit: 30 to 50 years as on 31.7.2025 Remuneration: The female warden will be paid a monthly consolidated amount of Rs.23,292 including EPF share of employee and employer.

Eligibility for Warden(Female)

Qualification: The female candidate should have a Bachelor degree (B.A./ BSc.) with B.Ed. If there are no qualified applicants, untrained applicants with a BA or B.Sc. will be taken into consideration if they have two years of managerial experience in the educational sector.
Age Limit: 30 to 50 years as on 31.7.2025
Remuneration: The female warden will be paid a monthly consolidated amount of Rs.23,292 including EPF share of employee and employer.

Eligibility for Accountant (Female)
Qualification: The female candidate should have a B. Com degree with intensive knowledge in accounting and knowledge in Computer. Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as on 31.7.2025 Remuneration: The female warden will be paid a monthly consolidated amount of Rs.15,125 including EPF share of employee and employer.

Eligibility for Part-time teacher (Female)
Qualification: The female candidate should have a Bachelor degree (B.A./ BSc.) with B.Ed. If there are no qualified applicants, untrained applicants with a BA or B.Sc. will be taken into consideration Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as on 31.7.2025 Remuneration: The female warden will be paid a monthly consolidated amount of Rs.8,250 including EPF share of employee and employer.

Eligibility for Part-time teacher (Sanskrit)-Female
Qualification: The female candidate should be a B.A. with Sanskrit or Sahityacharya. The Sanskrit teacher will also be responsible for teaching Hindi. Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as on 31.7.2025 Remuneration: The female warden will be paid a monthly consolidated amount of Rs.8,250 including EPF share of employee and employer.

Application procedure for KGBV Odisha Recruitment 2025:

In order to apply, interested candidates who meet the criteria for eligibility must send copies of all pertinent documents, testimonials, etc., to the respective “District Education Officer-cum-DPC, Samagra Shiksha office, via Registered Post/Speed Post,” duly self-attested by the candidates.

To apply for multiple post categories, candidates must create a separate application form. “Application for the Post of” should be superscribed on the sealed envelope.

Important information for the candidates relating to KGBV Odisha Recruitment 2025:

The ORV Act has no provisions regarding the involvement of higher-level employees in KGBVs.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered and may be rejected.
The date of birth shall be taken into account based on the HSC certificate that the BSE, Cuttack, has issued.
The application will be rejected if it is not signed and is incomplete.
The application must be sent with a copy of a current Employment Exchange Card.
The candidate should self-attest copies of all necessary documents, certifications, and mark sheets.
