Eligibility Criteria
Selection will be strictly governed by NCTE and State Government guidelines.
- For Associate Professor (HOD): Post-Graduate degree in Sciences/Math/Social Sciences/Commerce/Languages with an M.Ed. and a Ph.D. in Education. Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in secondary teacher education is required.
- For Assistant Professor (Educational Studies): Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed.) with 55% marks and NET/SLET or Ph.D. in Education.
- For Pedagogy Subjects: Post-Graduate degree in the relevant subject (55%) and M.Ed. (55%).
- For Communicative Skills: Post-Graduate degree in English/Odia (55%) and B.Ed.
