Jabalpur Region ITI Guest Faculty Recruitment- Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational & Technical Qualifications
Candidates must possess qualifications as per the M.P. Industrial Training Non-Gazetted Class III Service Recruitment Rules. General requirements include:
- Old Age Care: High School/11th under the old system with NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade, OR a Graduate Degree/Diploma in Psychology or Nursing.
- Physiotherapy Technician: B.Voc/Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university, OR a minimum 2-year Diploma in Physiotherapy, OR NTC/NAC in the “Physiotherapy Technician” trade.
- Priority: Degree/Diploma holders will be given priority over other qualification holders in the merit list.
2. Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years.
- Maximum: 62 years.
- The age will be calculated as of the last date of application.
3. Residency
- Applicants must be permanent residents (Domicile) of Madhya Pradesh.
Jabalpur Region ITI Guest Faculty Recruitment- Salary & Selection
Selected candidates will receive a maximum honorarium of ₹20,000 per month, calculated based on the number of working days attended. Selection is based on a 100-point merit scale:
- Technical Qualification (Base): Max 70 marks.
- Higher Qualification: 2 to 5 extra marks for ATI/CTI/BE/B.Tech/Diploma.
- Experience: 4 marks per year for training work in recognized ITIs (Max 20 marks).
