Research Areas of Interest
The Institute invites applications specifically in the following domains:
- Theoretical High Energy Physics: Focus on Cosmology and Astro-particle physics. Candidates with expertise in Machine Learning Algorithms are preferred.
- Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics: Specialization in Density Functional Theory (computational materials science) and Quantum Condensed Matter Physics (topological states and strongly correlated electrons).
- Experimental Condensed Matter Physics: Expertise in Nano-science, energy research (batteries, solar cells), and low-energy accelerator-related experiments.
Eligibility Criteria for Institute of Physics Bhubaneswar Recruitment
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: At least two years of post-doctoral experience for Assistant Professor (E) and five years for Reader (F) in the relevant field.
