- Private Practice: Contractual faculty are permitted to maintain a private medical practice, provided it does not interfere with their designated teaching schedules, hospital operations, or administrative duties.
- Resignation Policy: Selected candidates cannot leave their service until the ongoing academic term concludes to safeguard student education. If a candidate wishes to resign mid-term, a minimum of one month’s advance notice must be provided, failing which one month’s salary must be deposited with the government treasury.
