Non-Teaching Recruitment at IIM Mumbai- Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant (Program)
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- Experience: 04 years in Pay Level 04 or currently working in Pay Level 06 in government or reputed academic/research institutions.
- Desirable: MBA/PGDM; knowledge of academic administration and computer proficiency.
2. Assistant (Hostels)
- Qualification: Graduate with minimum 55% marks.
- Experience: 04 years of office/clerical experience in Pay Level 04 or currently in Pay Level 06.
- Desirable: Post-graduate in Hotel/Hospitality Management; experience in hostel supervision and security.
3. Executive Assistant
- Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks.
- Experience: 04 years of office/clerical experience in Pay Level 04 or currently in Pay Level 06.
- Desirable: Typing proficiency (English 35 wpm / Hindi 30 wpm) and computer applications knowledge.
