Tenure of appointment for Doctors recruitment at RSP Rourkela
Consultants, or doctors in medical disciplines, would first be hired for a term of one (1) year, which might be further extended for another one (1) year at the company’s option. Engagement under the same contract could last no longer than three years. Re-engagement won’t be prohibited, though. The maximum age limit of 70 years will apply throughout the duration of the engagement.
