The institute is looking to fill a total of 10 positions with competitive pay scales including central government allowances such as DA, HRA, and TA.

Note: For MTS, two posts are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and two for Ex-Servicemen (ESM).
CSIR-NEIST Jorhat Recruitment- Eligibility Criteria
1. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Education: Matriculation (10th Class) or equivalent pass.
- Age Limit: Maximum 25 years.
- Desirable: Intermediate (12th Class) pass.
2. Driver (Non-Technical)
- Education: 10th Standard pass.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid license for both LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) and HMV (Heavy Motor Vehicle).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience driving a motor car.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to remove minor mechanical defects in vehicles.
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years.
CSIR-NEIST Jorhat Recruitment- Application Fee
- General/OBC/EWS Candidates: ₹500.
- Exempted Categories: SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Women, and CSIR Employees are not required to pay any fee.
- Payment Mode: Fees must be paid online through SBI Collect.
