Key Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Manage campus development, building construction, and infrastructure projects from design to handover.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between architects, structural consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Technical Oversight: Review construction drawings, prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and ensure execution aligns with approved specifications.
- Quality & Safety: Monitor site execution, ensure quality control, and maintain strict site safety compliance.
- Financial Tracking: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and verification of contractor bills and measurements.
Required Expertise
- Proven experience in exposed RCC and brickwork construction.
- Strong coordination skills for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal disruption to academic activities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
