BJEM School Bhubaneswar is going to conduct walk-in-interview for the recruitment of PGT (Accountancy & Business Studies) and TGT (Hindi). The interested candidates are suggested to go through the following vacancy details before attending the interview.

Qualification

PGT (Accountancy & Business Studies): 1) The candidate should have a Master of Commerce degree, or M.Com. (Accountancy/Business Studies), with at least 60% of marks, as long as they have earned honors in the course from an accredited university.
2) B.Ed. Degree from a recognized University.
3) Proficiency in Teaching in English Medium.
Those with an M.Com. in Applied or Business Economics, however, will not be qualified.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications. Prior experience teaching in an ICSE or CBSE school is preferred.
TGT (Hindi): 1. A Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi Honours and not just as Minor or elective. Must secure minimum 60% marks in the subject and at least 50% marks in aggregate.
OR
Masters Degree in the concerned subject i.e. Hindi from a recognized university with 60% marks and having studied the subject as honours at Graduation with at least 60% marks in the subject.
2. A B.Ed. from any university accredited by the NCTE.
3. A qualified CTET/STET (Paper-II) or an exam that is comparable.
4. The ability to teach both Hindi and English.
Desirable : Experience of teaching in CBSE/ ICSE School. Knowledge of Computer Application.

Instructions for the candidates relating to BJEM School Recruitment 2025

As of July 1, 2025, the applicant shall not be older than 40. Age restrictions may be loosened for qualified in-service candidates.
Attending the interview will not be eligible for any TA or DA.
Career marks, classroom teaching assessments, and in-person interviews will all be used in the selection process.
The Society’s secretary retains the authority to deny any application.
Candidates will not be permitted to take the teaching test or interview if they do not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of inspection.
Candidates applying for TGT without CTET may be considered with an undertaking to qualify the CTET within 2 years of service.
On the day and time designated for the subject, candidates must register their names by making a cash deposit of Rs. 200 at the School Reception Counter (Gate No. 1) and turn in the completed Application Form.
