Selection Process for NIPER Kolkata Recruitment
- Teaching Posts: Consists of two phases: (a) Seminar Presentation and (b) Interview.
- Non-Teaching (NT-01): Based on performance in the interview.
- Non-Teaching (NT-02 & NT-03): Based on Written Test, Skill Test, and/or Interview.
