Emoluments & Training details for OHPC Recruitment

  • MTs (Assistant Manager, E-3): Stipend of Rs. 50,000/- per month during training. Pay Scale on regularization: Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/-.
  • DETs (Junior Manager, E-2): Stipend of Rs. 40,000/- per month during training. Pay Scale on regularization: Rs. 44,900/- to Rs. 1,42,400/-.
  • The training period will be for 1 (One) year.
  • Selected MT/DET candidates must execute a service agreement bond to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of 3 years (including training). The bond amount during the training period is Rs. 2,16,000/- for MTs and Rs. 1,44,000/- for DETs.

  • UR/SEBC candidates: Rs. 750/-.
  • SC/ST (of Odisha only) & PWD candidates: Exempted from application fee.

Emoluments & Training details for OHPC Recruitment

  • All Trainees: Stipend of Rs. 22,700/- per month during training.
  • Pay Scale on regularization: Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/-.
  • The training period will be for 1 (One) year.

📝 Common Selection Procedure for OHPC Recruitment

The selection process for all posts involves the following steps:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT):
    • Comprises 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
    • Part-I (40 questions): General Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, etc.).
    • Part-II (80 questions): Subject knowledge in the respective discipline.
    • Marking: 1 mark for each correct answer and a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
    • Duration: 2 hours. The question papers will be in English language only.
  2. Document Verification (DV): Candidates qualifying in the CBT will be shortlisted for DV at Bhubaneswar.
  3. Medical Examination: Final appointment is subject to medical fitness.
