The Office of the Chief District Agriculture Officer-cum-Project Director, ATMA, Kalahandi, has released a recruitment notification for the engagement of one Facilitator under the Diploma in Agricultural Extension Services for Input Dealers (DAESI) Programme for the financial year 2025-26.

The position is on a contract basis for one year only. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the completion of the program on time, preparing the annual session plan, and coordinating with resource persons. Facilitators are also expected to mobilize 40 candidates in one batch.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree in Agriculture/Horticulture.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in agriculture and allied sectors.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Adequate knowledge of agricultural activities in the districts and experience in organizing training programmes.
- Good communication skills and capability to mobilize input dealers for the DAESI Programme.
- Proficiency in handling computers, smartphones, and independently managing documentation and database management of the programme.
Preferences and Restrictions:
- Preference will be given to Agriculture graduates with around 20 years’ experience in the Department of Agriculture, State Agricultural Universities (SAUs), or Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), along with sufficient field experience.
- Regular government employees of the Department of Agriculture cannot be recruited as facilitators for the DAESI Programme.
- The facilitator should be knowledgeable enough to handle classes in the absence of resource persons.
- Candidates may be from Kalahandi District or adjacent Districts.

Selection of the Facilitator will be based on a cumulative score out of 50 Marks, with weightage given to educational qualifications, experience, skills, and an interview.
