Candidates with a Higher Diploma in Cooperative Management, an M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., MCA, MBA, LLM, BBA, BCA, or a Diploma in Cooperative Management and Computer Application from an accredited university will be given preference.

  1. The candidates are required to obtain Application Form in person from the office of the Badapur S.C.S. Ltd., At/Po. Badapur, Via-Jarada, Patrapur Block, PS-Jaradagada Dist. Ganjam, Odisha PIN-761005 on payment of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) from 30.06.2025 To 15.07.2025 during 10.30 A.M. to 02.00 P.M. (except holidays).
  2. The duly filed in Application form along with required documents and money receipt in support of deposit of required fees should be sent to the Badapur S.C.S. Ltd., At/Po. Badapur, Via-Jarada, Patrapur Block, PS-Jaradagada Dist. Ganjam, Odisha PIN-761005 through Registered Post/Speed Post which will be received from 30.06.2025 To 15.07.2025.

Important instructions for candidates relating to Recruitment for PACs Secretary at Ganjam

  1. The candidate must be a resident of Badapur S.C.S. Ltd.’s service region. Candidates from the Panchayat Samiti to which the PACS’s area of operation belongs will be given consideration if suitable candidates are not available within the PACS’s area of operation; if no suitable candidates are available even within the Panchayat Samiti’s area of operation, candidates from the District where the PACS’s area of operation is located will be given consideration.
  2. For applicants who belong to the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, OBC, Sch. Caste, Sch. Tribe, or Ex-Servicemen and Women, as well as those with disabilities, the upper age limit will be lowered for a period of five years.
  3. The upper age limit shall be 45 years in respect of persons employed in any Cooperative Society.
  4. After the probationary period is successfully completed, the service will be regularized, and the monthly income will be calculated using a pay range of Rs. 5,200.00 to Rs. 20,200.00 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900.00 with DA and additional allowances as permitted, subject to the society’s financial ability.
  5. The society’s management retains the right to change, modify, or terminate the hiring procedure at any moment and without providing a justification.
  6. The position is only temporary and may be dismissed at any moment without providing a justification.
