Qualification and Experience for the post relating to NHSRC Recruitment 2025:
i. Masters or postgraduate degrees in statistics, health statistics, public health informatics, operations research, demography, population studies, economics, social sciences, anthropology, development studies, public health, or an MBA in health management from accredited UGC or AICTE universities.
ii. At least five years of experience managing the MoHFW RCH Portal at the federal or state level.
Desired skills required for the post relating to NHSRC Recruitment 2025:
i. Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of widely used Windows, Microsoft Office, and software products.
ii. Expertise in creating instruments and plans for gathering, analyzing, and producing reports
iii. Expertise in data triangulation, analysis, performance, public health, population, state demography, etc.
iv. Proven capacity to function in a multidisciplinary team setting v. The capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently to fulfill assignment deadlines and the willingness to go to States, UTs, and districts to offer technical support.
vi. Candidates with prior experience working with the Center, State, or UT health departments will be given preference.
vii. A thorough comprehension of the RCH Portal
viii. Familiarity with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s numerous initiatives and programs
Roles and responsibilities for the post relating to NHSRC Recruitment 2025:
- The creation of quality and standard concept documents, design documents, process flow documents, implementation frameworks, guidelines, protocols, and user manuals in response to the requirements requires an understanding of the functional and technical requirements from the departments (Centre, State/UT, and other involved stakeholders) for program implementation.
- Work with senior government and ministry officers to operationalize and integrate the analytical framework with the current MCTS and RCH systems.
- Conduct recurring field visits to States, UTs, and districts to assess the quality of MCTS and RCH data, find issues and gaps, and follow up with the States to correct data errors.
- To train officers at the State and District levels on a variety of MCTS/RCH portal topics, such as data reporting formats, reports, and data usage. To create report templates, scorecards, dashboards, and indicators in accordance with requirements
- Help with the implementation of MCTS/RCH systems to track data triangulation, management procedures, community monitoring, and quality evaluation.
- Determine any gaps and analyze data from the MCTS/RCH portal and other reliable sources to evaluate the implementation and impact of different initiatives at the field level and to identify any gray areas that need to be monitored and evaluated.

Duration- One Year (further extensions of similar duration subject to satisfactory performance)
Location- New Delhi
Type of position- On Contract
Remuneration Range- INR 90,000 – INR 1,50,000
Age limit- Upper limit of 50 Years as on the last date of receiving application.
Qualification and Experience for the post relating to NHSRC Recruitment 2025:
i. Masters or postgraduate degrees in statistics, public health, public health informatics, operations, operations research, demography, economics, social sciences, or development studies from accredited UGC, AICTE, or MCA institutions.
ii. Three or more years of experience managing MoHFW’s HMIS application at the federal or state level.
Desired skills required for the post relating to NHSRC Recruitment 2025:
i. Familiarity with the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare’s numerous programs and initiatives.
ii. Expertise in creating methods and instruments for gathering, analyzing, and producing reports.
iii. Knowledge of Indian Public Health Standards and proficiency in data analysis and triangulation.
iv. Outstanding documentation, communication, presentation, and data analysis abilities.
v. Proven capacity to function in a multidisciplinary team setting.
vi. The capacity to complete assigned work with little oversight. vii. Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, particularly knowledge of widely used programs like Microsoft Office.
viii. The capacity to use the internet for literature reviews, desk research, and other pertinent materials.
ix. Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of team leadership.
x. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to convey findings to a range of audiences, including stakeholders who are not technical.
Roles and responsibilities for the post relating to NHSRC Recruitment 2025:
i. To look for discrepancies in the data, follow up with the states to fix any problems in the HMIS data, and provide reports for various stakeholders based on data analysis using statistical software (SAS)
ii. Coordinating with top government and ministry officials to operationalize and incorporate the analytical framework into the HMIS system.
iii. Conduct recurring field trips to States, UTs, and districts to assess the quality of HMIS data, spot problems and gaps, and follow up with the States to correct data inaccuracies.
iv. Conduct operational research, implementation, and evaluations to enhance the HMIS site.
v. To train officers at the State and District levels on a variety of topics related to the HMIS portal, such as data reporting formats, reports, and data usage.
