NHM Jajpur Recruitment 2025: On April 6, 2025, CDM&PHO, NHM Jajpur, under NHM Odisha, published a notice for the contractual hiring of office assistant.

Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a one-year PGDCA, DCA, or similar program from an accredited registered institution and be graduates with at least 55% of marks.
Experience: One year of post-qualification experience in the health or social sector is required of the candidate.

Selection Procedure of NHM Jajpur Recruitment for Office Assistant:

a. Mark Assessment (Graduation): 40 marks b. Computer Test: 40 marks c. Viva-Voice: 20 marks

To calculate a candidate’s score out of 40 designated for mark evaluation, the following steps must be taken.

  1. Based on graduation grades, a list of qualified applicants will be created. Ten times as many vacancies from the top of the aforementioned list will be called for computer and viva-voce tests.
  2. However, the marks earned in the computer test, viva-voce test, and mark assessment will be added to the final merit list of the candidates. Candidates who receive 50% or higher on the Final Panel Merit List will remain on the Panel for a period of one year after the date of approval.

Application Procedure of NHM Jajpur Recruitment for Office Assistant:

On or before June 25, 2025 (5:00 PM), candidates who meet the eligibility requirements must apply in the prescribed application form along with relevant documents addressing to the undersigned.

General Instructions for candidates:

  1. The aforementioned roles are coterminous with the scheme and are entirely temporary.
  2. Any kind of canvassing will disqualify the applicant for the job.
  3. At the time of application submission, candidates who are currently employed by the Health Department, either regularly or under contract, must have a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer (appointing authority). We shall not accept NOCs from any other authority save the appointing authority. A NOC must be provided after the advertisement is published and must be tailored to the position for which the applicant is applying.
  4. A candidate’s application for a position will not be considered if it is discovered that they have concealed any material information or provided false information or documents. If they have already been hired based on the aforementioned information or documents, their employment with the Society will be immediately terminated. Candidates are not permitted to apply if they have already been dismissed from the OSH&FW Society for administrative reasons such as disobedience, poor performance, misconduct, criminal activity, etc.
  5. The panel for the aforementioned posts will also be applicable to equivalent positions in other NHM-administered programs with the same level of education and remuneration as determined by the Society.
  6. At the time of actual engagement, the number of openings and remuneration listed in this advertisement may change.
  7. At any point during the hiring process, the signatory retains the right to reject any or all applications or positions without providing a justification.
  8. If any of the aforementioned documents are not sent with the fully completed application form, the candidate for the position may be rejected.
