  • Name of the Post: District Programme Coordinator (DPC), NTEP

Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

  • Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed two years course in any of the following subjects with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution:
    • Master Degree in Social Work / Health Management / Health Administration.
    • Master Degree in Business Administration or its’ equivalent course, such as; Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
    • The candidate also must have passed PGDCA / DCA / Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (Minimum 6 month’s course duration) or any equivalent courses from a recognized institute.
  • Experience: S/he also must have two years of post qualification experience in health / social sector.
  • Upper Age Limit: Upto 40 years. Lower age limit for applying the post is 21 years as on 01.09.2026.

Salary Details (ଦରମାବିବରଣୀ)

  • Remuneration: Rs.36,479/- + PI

ଚୟନପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process) for NHM Anugola Recruitment 2026

  • Selection Procedure: Written Test (MCQ) – 60 Marks and Viva-voce – 40 Marks
  • All eligible applicants fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per the advertisement shall be called for Written Test. A list of candidates securing 50% and more marks in Written Test shall be prepared. From amongst the said list, 10 times of number of vacancies from the top of the merit list of Written Test shall be called for Viva-voce Test.
  • However, the final merit list of the candidates shall be prepared by adding the marks secured in both the stages i.e. Written Test and Viva-voce. The candidates securing 50% and more marks in Final Panel Merit list shall be kept in the Panel with the validity of 01 year from the date of its approval.

  • Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria have to submit their applications within the last date of application, Dt. 27.10.2026 before 5:00 PM to Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer-cum-District Mission Director, DHH, Anugola, PIN 759122, Odisha through Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier only (No other modes will be considered).
  • The envelope containing Application must be super scribed on the top “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF DISTRICT PROGRAMME COORINATOR (DPC) NTEP” in capital letters otherwise, the application will be rejected.

ଆବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ଦଲିଲପତ୍ର (Required Documents)

  1. Completely filled up application form as available in the District Website: https://anugola.odisha.gov.in
  2. Two recent self attested Passport size colour photographs have to be submitted with the application and one to be affixed at the desired space earmarked on the application form.
  3. Self attested photocopies of all Certificates / Marksheets / Testimonials from matriculation onwards as per the requirement of the post must be attached with the application.
  4. Self photocopies of identity proof documents like Voter ID Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Identity Proof / Passport must be attached with the application, otherwise the application will be rejected.
  5. No Objection Certificate (Specific for the post S/he applying and must be issued subsequent to the issue of the advertisement) from the concerned present employer / appointing authority those who are working in the Health Department must be submitted.
  6. One self addressed envelope (Size: 24″ x 10″) with postage stamp of Rs.25/- must be fixed on self addressed envelope.
  7. All the testimonials accompanied / attached with the Application form must be self attested otherwise the Application will be outrightly rejected.
  8. Self attested copy of Caste Certificate issued by the competent Authority for SC/ST/SEBC candidates.

ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ (Important instructions)

  1. The position is purely temporary in nature, subject to renewal and co-terminus with the scheme as per the terms and conditions of OSH & FW Society.
  2. The engagement is initially for a period of 11 months, which can be extended subject to continuance of the post in the PIP and satisfactory performance.
  3. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected outrightly. Canvassing in any form will render the candidature disqualified for the position.
  4. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any information or furnished false information / documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for.
  5. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society on administrative ground are not eligible.
  6. In case the marks obtained are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI etc., a certificate for conversion as applicable to percentage of marks shall be submitted.
