PM SHRI KV Khargone Recruitment 2026: PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Khargone invites applications for the recruitment of Part Time Contractual Teachers, Data Entry Operator and Counselor for the Session 2026-27. Interested and eligible candidates (from age 18 years to 65 years) can appear in “Walk-in-Interview” on scheduled date with application in prescribed format and testimonials, details as mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मानदंड)

  • 1. TGTS (English, Sanskrit):
    • Four Years Integrated Degree Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
    • OR Bachelor Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject/combination of subject and in aggregate. Passed in the CTET conducted by the CBSE Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. The elective subjects and languages in the combination of subjects as well as in the aggregate.
      • English as a subject in all the three years.
      • Sanskrit as a subject in all the three years/6 semester of the course.
    • Note: In case on non-availability of CTET qualified candidates, nonCTET qualified candidates may also be considered.
  • 2. PGT (English, Commerce):
    • Two Years Integrated Post Graduate M. Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the subject concerned.
    • OR Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects and
    • Post-Graduation in concerned subject/any specialization in concerned subject with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade provided that the candidate has studied the subject(s) mentioned in the note below at the graduation level and three years integrated B.Ed.- M.Ed. from NCTE recognized institution/University with at least 50% marks.
    • (ii) B. Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university
    • (iii) Pass in central teacher eligibility test (CTET) paper II conducted by CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
    • (iv) Proficiency in teaching in both the languages (Hindi and English)
    • Desirable: Knowledge of computer application, Experience of working in a school, Working knowledge of English and Hindi
    • Commerce: Master’s Degree in Commerce. However, holder of Degree of M. Com. in Applied/Business Economics shall not be eligible.
  • 3. PRIMARY TEACHER:
    • Essential:
      1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
      • OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed).
      • OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed)
      1. Pass in central teacher eligibility test (CTET) paper-I conducted by CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
      2. Competency in teaching through Hindi and English medium.
    • Desirable-Knowledge of Computer Application.
  • 4. Counselor:
    • Essential qualification: B.A./B.Sc. (Psychology) with a certificate/diploma in Counselling.
    • Desirable experience/qualification Any one of the following:
      1. Minimum 1 year experience in providing career/educational counselling to students at schools;
      2. OR Working knowledge and experience in Placement Bureaus;
      3. OR Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Vocational Counsellor.
  • 5. Data Entry Operator:
    • Essential qualification:
      1. XII/Graduate
      2. Typing speed: minimum 35 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi
      3. Knowledge of computer applications, including: Windows, MS Office, Spreadsheet, E-mail, Internet, Tally etc.
  • 6. TGT (Special Educator):
    • Essential Qualification:
      1. Graduation Degree from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 50% Marks.
      2. Any of the following from recognized university/Institute:
        • B.Ed (Special Education) with atleast 50% marks;
        • OR B. Ed (General) with atleast 50% marks alongwith one year Diploma in Special Education;
        • OR B. Ed (General) with atleast 50% marks alongwith two years Diploma in Special Education;
        • OR B. Ed (General) with atleast 50% marks alongwith Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD);
        • OR B. Ed Special Education with atleast 50% marks and Post graduate professional Certificate in Special Education (PGPC);
        • OR PG Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation);
        • OR PG Diploma in Special Education (Multiple Disability: Physical and Neurological);
        • OR PG Diploma in Special Education (Locomotor impairment and Cerebral Palsy);
        • OR Secondary Level Teacher Training Course in Visual Impairment;
        • OR Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf;
        • OR BA B. Ed with atleast 50% marks in Visual Impairment.
        • OR Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI
      3. Qualified in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Elementary Stage) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Relaxation up to 5 percent in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD in CTET.
      4. Registration with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with valid CRR number.
    • Note: BA B.Ed. in Visual Impairment being integrated course of graduation and B. Ed. Special Education, separate graduation is not required in the case of candidate
    • Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Computer Applications (ii) Working knowledge of English and Hindi /Bhartiya Bhasha
    • Note: – In case on non-availability of CTET qualified candidates, non-CTET qualified candidates may also be considered.
  • 7. PRT (Special Educator):
    • Essential Qualification:
      1. XII Passed with minimum 50% marks in aggregate AND
      2. Any of the following from recognized university / Institute:
        • Two-year D.Ed. Special Education in any of the category of disability.
        • OR One year Diploma in Special Education (DSE) in any of the category of disability.
        • OR Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
        • OR Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
        • OR Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with 6 months Certificate Course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
        • OR Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf or Primary level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment.
        • OR Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation-Mental Retardation (DVR-MR)/Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment- Mental Retardation (DVTE-MR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
        • OR Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
        • OR XII passed with any RCI recognized qualification of minimum one year duration and 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
        • OR Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI

  • 8. Doctor:
    • Minimum MBBS and registered with MCI

Salary Details (वेतनविवरण)

  • TGTS: Rs. 26250/- per month
  • PGT: Rs. 27500/- Per month
  • PRIMARY TEACHER: Rs. 21250/- per month
  • Counselor: Rs. 26250/- per month
  • Data Entry Operator: As per Outsourcing and Labour Act in KVS
  • TGT (Special Educator): Rs. 26,250/– per month
  • PRT (Special Educator): Rs. 21250/– per month
  • ATL Instructor: ₹ 25,000/- प्रतिमाह
  • Doctor: Rs.1000/- per day for two hours.

चयन प्रक्रिया (Selection Process)

  • Walk-in-Interview: Candidates can appear in “Walk-in-Interview” on scheduled date.
  • Written Test: If number of candidates are more then a written test may be conducted as per requirement.
  • Panel is purely provisional and Candidates will be called as per requirement of the Vidyalaya, if any vacancy arises due to transfer/leave.
