NHM Kalahandi Recruitment 2026: OFFICE OF THE CHIEF DISTRICT MEDICAL & PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICER-CUM-DISTRICT MISSION DIRECTOR, NATIONAL HEALTH MISSION (NHM), KALAHANDI (DISTRICT PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT UNIT) invites applications for the following posts from the eligible candidates for filling up the vacant positions under OSH & F.W. Society, National Health Mission, Kalahandi on contractual basis through Walk-in-interview. All these posts are contractual and for a period up to 31-03-2027, subject to renewal as per the terms and conditions of OSH & FW Society, Health & F.W. Department, Govt. of Odisha. These positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Lower age limit for all the post is 21 years as on 01-09-2026. (ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଓ ଜନ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଅଧିକାରୀ-ତଥା-ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମିଶନ୍ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମିଶନ୍ (NHM), କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି (ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରୋଗ୍ରାମ୍ ମ୍ୟାନେଜମେଣ୍ଟ ୟୁନିଟ୍) ତରଫରୁ ୱାକ୍-ଇନ୍-ଇଣ୍ଟରଭ୍ୟୁ (ସାକ୍ଷାତକାର) ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଓ.ଏସ୍.ଏଚ୍. ଏବଂ ଏଫ୍.ଡବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁ. ସୋସାଇଟି, ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମିଶନ୍, କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ଖାଲି ପଦବୀଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ଭାବେ ପୂରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆବେଦନ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ପଦବୀ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ଏବଂ ୩୧-୦୩-୨୦୨୭ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବଳବତ୍ତର ରହିବ, ଯାହା ଓ.ଏସ୍.ଏଚ୍. ଏବଂ ଏଫ୍.ଡବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁ. ସୋସାଇଟି, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ପରିବାର କଲ୍ୟାଣ ବିଭାଗ, ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିୟମ ଓ ସର୍ତ୍ତାବଳୀ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ନବୀକରଣ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ। ଏହି ପଦବୀଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଏବଂ ଯୋଜନାର ଅବଧି ଶେଷ ହେବା ସହିତ ସମାପ୍ତ ହେବ। ୦୧-୦୯-୨୦୨୬ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସମସ୍ତ ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ବୟସ ସୀମା ୨୧ ବର୍ଷ ଅଟେ।)

Vacancy Details (ଶୂନ୍ୟପଦବିବରଣୀ)

Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

• Medical Officer AYUSH (Homeopathy)-Mobile Health Unit (MHU):
  • Upper age limit as on 01-09-2026: Up to 38 years. Age relaxation shall be applicable as per ORV.
  • Educational Qualification & Criteria: The candidate must have passed Bachelor degree in Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized University. He must have completed the Internship Training. S/he must have valid registration from the Odisha State Council / Board of Homeopathic Medicine. No provisional registration certificate is acceptable.
• Sentinel Site Malaria Technician-cum-Coordinator (SSMTC)-NVBDCP:
  • Upper age limit as on 01-09-2026: Up to 40 years.
  • Educational Qualification & Criteria: He/she should be a Science Graduate in Biology/Bio-Chemistry/ Micro Biology in areas, where a candidate with the desired qualification is not available, a Graduate with Science subject in class XI and XII will be considered. One-year practical experience in medical/biological Laboratories will be given preference.

ଚୟନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process)

Selection Procedure for Contractual Engagement of Different Position under NHM:

1. Medical Officer, AYUSH, (Homeopathic)-Mobile Health Unit (MHU)
   • Selection procedure: Career Assessment
     • PG in Homeopathy: Full 10 marks
     • BHMS: 50
     • +2: 20
     • Matriculation: 20
   • The Final Panel merit list shall be prepared as per the marks secured in Career Assessment. The candidates securing 50% and more marks in Final Panel Merit list shall be kept in the Panel with the validity of 01 year from the date of its approval.
2. Sentinel Site Malaria Technician-cum-Coordinator (SSMTC)-NVBDCP
   • Selection Procedure:
     1. Written-cum-Computer test MS Office
     2. Personal interview

ଆବେଦନ କରିବାର ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ (How to Apply)

• Medical Officer AYUSH (Homeopathy): Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the post of Medical Officer AYUSH, can attend Walk in interview on the date and venue as mentioned with self-attested photocopies of all certificates & mark sheets, in support of age, qualification & experience (as per the Advertisement) with original documents.
• Sentinel Site Malaria Technician-cum-Coordinator (SSMTC)-NVBDCP: Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the post of Sentinel Site Malaria Technician-cum-Coordinator (SSMTC)-NVBDCP can apply through Regd. Post / speed post and courier only. Candidate can apply through the application form available in the district website with self-attested photocopies of all certificate & mark sheets, in support of age, qualification & experience (as per the Advertisement) with in the due date as mention above.

ଆବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ଦଲିଲପତ୍ର (Required Documents)

Candidates are required to attach the following documents along with the application form / submit at the time of Walk-in-Interview:

1. One recent passport size colour photograph duly pasted at the designated space.
2. Self attested photocopy of Identity Proof (Voter ID card / PAN card / Driving License / Government Photo ID / Passport).
3. Self attested copies of All Mark sheet and certificate in proof of the claim made by the candidate relating to his/her educational qualification.
4. Self attested copy of HSC or equivalent marks sheet and certificate (proof of age).
5. No Objection Certificate for those Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis.
6. Self attested copy of Caste Certificate & Residence Certificate issued by the competent Authority.
7. In case the marks obtained are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI etc., a certificate for conversion as applicable to percentage of marks shall be submitted at the time of submission of Application form.
8. Certification towards AICTE/ UGC recognition of Institution/ Universities shall also be submitted at the time of submission of Application form, wherever applicable.

ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ (Important instructions)

1. The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.
2. Candidates are required to apply in prescribed format application available in the website www.kalahandi.odisha.gov.in and to submit along with a set of self-attested copies of all certificates in support of age, qualification, experience, residence etc. at the time attend in Walk-in-Interview on the fixed date & time. Candidates are also required to submit two recent passport size colour photographs, an ID proof (Voter ID/PAN/ Driving Licence/Passport/ Photo ID) and recent Caste & Residence certificate issued by the competent authority. No documents / certificate will be accepted at later stage of recruitment, if failed to submit with the application. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected.
3. The candidates are required to attend in the walk-in-interview for AYUSH M.O post with application filled up form with all original documents for verification on date. 30-09-2026 at Urban PHC, College Square, Bhabanipatana, Dist. Kalahandi and for Sentinel Site Malaria Technician-cum-Coordinator-NVBDCP post, the candidates should apply with application filled up form along with documents through Regd. Post / speed post and courier only, the last date for receipt of application is 29-09-2026 by 5.00 PM
4. In case the marks obtained are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI etc., a certificate for conversion as applicable to percentage of marks shall be submitted at the time of submission of Application form. Certification towards AICTE/ UGC recognition of Institution/ Universities shall also be submitted at the time of submission of Application form, wherever applicable, without which the application shall not be considered & shall be rejected.
5. No personal correspondence/ queries will be entertained. All communication will be made through E-mail/ district official website/telephonic call from office.
6. Candidates will be selected on the basis of selection process as applicable. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for participation in the selection process.
7. A candidate must be of good mental and physical health and free from any physical defects likely to make him/her incapable of discharging his/her normal duties in the service. A Candidate, who after such medical examination as the government may prescribe is not found to be satisfy the requirement shall not be appointed to the service.
8. For all the above posts the candidates must:
   • a) Be able to read, write and speak Odia;
   • b) Have passed middle school examination with Odia as language subject; or
   • c) Have passed matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subject; or
   • d) Have passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of class VII from a school or educational institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or the Central Government; or
   • e) Have passed a test in Odia in Middle English School standard conducted by School & Mass Education Department.
