Dharanidhar University Keonjhar Recruitment 2026: A Walk-in-interview will be held for the engagement of Guest Faculties on purely temporary basis in the following Self-Financing programmes of this University.

Time of Reporting: -01 (One) hour prior to scheduled time of Interview at the venue. Venue of Interview: Conference Hall, Administrative Building, D.D. University, North Campus, Keonjhar.

Vacancy Details (ଶୂନ୍ୟପଦ ବିବରଣୀ)

• Programme: Two-Year B.Ed.
• Subjects:
  • Perspectives in Education
  • Pedagogy Language (English/Odia), Social Science, Mathematics & Physical Science
  • Fine Art, Physical Education and Yoga

Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

1. The interested candidates are required to report with their Application form (available in the University Website https://dduniversity.ac.in.) along with original and Xerox copies of pass certificates, marksheets, publications, experience and other details before the scrutiny/screening committee for verification on the scheduled interview date and time positively.
2. The candidates must have possessed 55% marks in post-graduation level or equivalent grade in concerned/relevant subject applied for.
3. The Candidates with higher qualification / Experience will be given preference.
4. Qualifications Subject-wise:
   • Perspectives in Education / Pedagogy Language (English/Odia), Social Science, Mathematics & Physical Science: As per the NCTE regulation-2014 and it’s subsequent amendments from time to time.
   • Fine Art, Physical Education and Yoga: As per the NCTE regulation-2014 and it’s subsequent amendments from time to time.

Salary Details (ଦରମାବିବରଣୀ)

Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 35,000/- to be paid to Guest Faculties.

The selection will be based on a Walk-in-interview followed by document verification/scrutiny by the screening committee.

5. Proof of Research Guidance (M.Phil., Ph.D., D.Litt./D.Sc. notifications, if applicable).

7. Publications details (front page of research papers/journals/books).

ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ (Important instructions)

1. The engagement of guest faculty is purely temporary, initially for a period of 09 months, w.e.f. the date of joining the assignment or posting of regular faculties whichever is earlier depending upon the satisfactory performance reviewed by the competent authority.
2. In no circumstance, the engaged guest faculty shall claim for regular employment and for this, they have to give an undertaking on Non-Judicial stamp paper and he/she shall abide by the rules and regulations framed by the University from time to time.
3. This engagement will not confer any right to claim for the post on regular basis.
4. The Candidates have to discharge other administrative and extracurricular activities as and when required by the University authority. No extra remuneration will be allowed/ claimed for the administrative and extracurricular activities.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for the purpose of attending the interview/joining.
