Vacancy Details (ଶୂନ୍ୟପଦ ବିବରଣୀ)

Engagement of Support Staff for Boys’ Hostel at Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Kursud, Block-Titilagarh, Balangir:

• ଛାତ୍ରାବାସ ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରୁଥିବା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀମାନେ ପୁରୁଷ ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
• ସମସ୍ତ ପଦବୀ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବରେ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଓ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ଅଟେ।

Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

1. Warden: (One)

• Male.
• Qualification: B.A/B.Sc from any recognised University.
• He has to stay in the hostel 24\times7.
• Age: 30-60 Years as on the date of advertisement.
• Experience: At least 02 years in hostel management.
• Preference shall be given to the local candidate, preferably from the block area. If not available, then from the other adjacent block of the respective District.
• If any in-service teacher of OAV is willing to discharge the duties of a warden in addition to his duties, He may be paid monthly remuneration of Rs. 3000/- in addition to his own salary. But he must stay in the hostel even during the night hours and have to take all responsibilities.
• Retired teachers, if willing and physically & mentally sound within the age limit of 62 years as on the date of engagement, may be engaged as Warden.

2. Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper (One)

• Male.
• Qualification: He must have passed the HSC Examination.
• Age: 21 to 32 years as on the date of advertisement.

3. Head Cook (One)

• Male.
• He has to stay in the hostel 24 x 7.
• Age: 30 to 40 years as on the date of advertisement.
• If somebody is trained in cookery, he will be given preference & due weightage.
• The cook must be well conversant with using LPG.

4. Assistant Cook (Two)

• Male.
• He has to stay in the hostel 24×7.
• Age: 21 to 32 years as on the date of advertisement.
• Maximum 2 Assistant Cooks can be engaged in one Hostel.
• Having experience in cooking and other characteristics as specified above in 3.

Salary Details (ଦରମାବିବରଣୀ)

• Warden: Rs. 21,175/- per month (including EPF share of Employee & Employer).
• Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper: Rs. 7,500/- per month (including EPF share of Employee & Employer).
• Head Cook: Rs. 9,000/- per month (including EPF share of Employer & Employee).
• Assistant Cook: Rs. 6,750/- per month (including EPF share of Employee & Employer).

• Boys’ Hostel of the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Kursud, Block-Titilagarh, Balangir.

ଚୟନପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process)

• Preference shall be given to local candidates. If candidates are not available in that locality, then the block will be taken as a unit. If candidates are still not available, then candidates from nearby blocks may be selected for the purpose.
• No candidates outside of the district should be recruited against the post stated above.
• Qualifications for the different posts may be taken from the eligibility guidelines.

ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ (Important instructions)

• Duration of the engagement: On expiry of a one-year period of engagement, fresh engagement shall be made with a gap of at least one working day based on the satisfactory performance of the employee.
• Warden, Head Cook, and Assistant Cook have to stay in the hostel 24×7.
• No candidates outside of the district should be recruited against the post stated above.
