NHM Odisha Recruitment 2025: National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) Rourkela has released notification on 19/05/2025 for the engagement of the post of Nutritionist for part-time basis.

National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) Rourkela is going to conduct walk-in-interview for recruitment of Part-time Specialist(Nutritionist ). The interested candidates are suggested to go through the following vacancy details before attending the interview.

Qualification
The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science (Home Science) or a Postgraduate Degree in Nutrition or Home Science from an accredited university.

Remuneration
The specialist will be paid at 750/-per session.

Days & Time of service
When necessary, a fixed-day assured expert service will be offered in the UPHC OPD/Outreach service. The OPD will be open six hours a day, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. For specialty services, a distinct OPD register will be kept.

Job descriptions:

In addition to treating patients at the facility, the nutritionist will send patients to other facilities if necessary. He or she will do counseling services, confirmatory screening of SAM cases, adolescent anemia screening, periodic displays of locally produced, nutrient-dense food, and referrals. A separate register will be kept for each department.

Selection Process:

The panel’s available specialist will be hired by the CHS/DHS. The applicant will submit their application using the format that is often required. The candidate may be interviewed by the CHS or DHS if necessary.

Venue: Officer chamber of the ADUPHO, UCHC Panposh, Rourkela

Registration timing: 9.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
