Mission (NHM) as an autonomous registered society has issued official notification for the recruitment of Consultant and Administrative Assistant.
National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) invites online applications from the eligible candidates for filling up the post of Consultant and Administrative Assistant on Contractual basis. The candidates are required to go through the following vacancy details before applying the position.

Educational Qualification-The candidate must have pursued B.E / M.Tech (Biomedical engineering ) along with MPH (degree/diploma) in public Health desirable or MBBS with MPH (degree/diploma) in public health (Regular Course) Age limit– 45 years old (the maximum age will be calculated starting on the application deadline). Job Location– National Health Systems Resource Centre New Delhi Remuneration– Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 would depend on experience and qualifications. Duration of Contract– Contract initiation to March 31, 2027 (with further extensions contingent on acceptable performance) Experience– After qualifying, at least two years of work experience in analytical positions with a focus on devices and diagnostics validation/evaluations is preferred. Desirable– 1. High levels of computer skills, including knowledge with widely used programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to browse the web for pertinent information and documents. 2. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, outstanding oral and written English communication abilities, and outstanding presenting and communication skills. 3. A readiness to visit states and districts in order to gather technical data, as well as the capacity to turn data into research proof |
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on primary healthcare service delivery-related public health challenges.
- Capable of conducting cost-effective analysis of health products and health intravasation.
- Technical support in identifying cost-effective medical devices and diagnostics.
- Evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of devices and diagnostics, including secondary data research.
- Marketing research and data analysis on device and diagnostic pricing and costs.
- Offering technical support for quality checks pertaining to devices and diagnostics .
- Researching and analyzing trade policies for medical device products and segments

Educational Qualification-The candidate must have pursued Graduate Degree (Regular Courses) in any of the following with Diploma / Degree /Certificates in secretarial practices: B.A./ B.Com/ B.Sc./ BBA Age limit– 40 years old (the maximum age will be calculated starting on the application deadline). Job Location– National Health Systems Resource Centre, New Delhi Remuneration– Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 70,000/ would depend on experience and qualifications. Duration of Contract– Contract initiation to March 31, 2027 (with further extensions contingent on acceptable performance) Experience– Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as an office secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administrative Assistant Desirable– 1.Certification course in MS Office (Excel). 2. Preference will be given to candidate having experience in Government, Quasi Government departments or Government funded autonomous institutions |
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Writing agendas, minutes, notes, and correspondence; taking dictations, etc.
- Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, and facilitating meetings with outside partners.
- Managing division staff leave records, processing work orders, and organizing bills.
- Complying with GFR (General Financial Rules) when making small purchases.
- Checking meeting minutes (MOM) before sending them to be signed.
- Overseeing events and associated planning.
- Taking care of storekeeping tasks.
- Helping to prepare tender documents and SOPs (standard operating procedures).
- Taking care of databases, dashboards, trackers, and MIS (Management Information Systems).
- Organizing meetings and maintaining the PAO calendar as instructed.
- Keeping track of both paper and electronic documents, making sure that data is well-structured and readily available.
- Organizing all incoming and outgoing mail (letters, emails, packages, etc.) into the proper folders and handling and prioritizing it.
- Setting agenda priorities and helping to organize conferences, board meetings, appointments, etc.
- Helping with the necessary report or presentation preparation.
- Enabling the division to make travel arrangements.
- Completing any other duties that the PAO assigns.
