Selection Procedure:
Career Marking (50%) and Interview Performance (50%) will determine the selection.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their academic performance, with weightage
distributed as follows:- 10″ Marks: 20% weightage
- 12″ Marks: 30% weightage
- Graduation Marks: 50% weightage
- Interview (50% Weightage):
- Technical Knowledge & Problem-Solving Skills: digital infrastructure expertise, troubleshooting skills, and an understanding of IT systems.
- Aptitude & Practical Application – the capacity to manage IT-related duties in a college environment.
- Communication & Management Skills – ability to efficiently support personnel, instructors, and students with IT operations.
The main goals of this program:
- Skill Development: To give interns practical experience in digital governance, IT systems, and technical support so they can improve their problem-solving skills and practical knowledge.
- Capacity Building: To develop a workforce with the necessary skills to support innovation in IT-driven solutions and help the education sector undergo a digital revolution. In addition to helping to modernize IT services in the higher education sector, this internship will give IT interns practical experience overseeing digital governance within educational institutions. Additionally, it will provide access to the HIMS Application, SAMS Application, and additional e-governance platforms, such as other institutions and administrative tasks.
- Technical Assistance: to assist the HEI with the upkeep and modernization of its IT infrastructure, technical troubleshooting, and the seamless deployment of digital services.
- Exposure to Real-World Applications: to acquaint interns with the digital service delivery, data processing, and software administration framework of IT-based services in HEIs.
