MSEFC Tarn Taran Legal & Office Staff Recruitment 2026: The Micro, Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Tarn Taran has issued a public notice for the recruitment of specialized human resources under the MSE-ODR Scheme. This recruitment is being conducted to support the council’s day-to-day operations and the newly operational MSME-ODR Portal.

MSEFC Tarn Taran Legal & Office Staff Recruitment- Eligibility Criteria

1. Legal Consultant

  • Qualification: Must be a Law Graduate from a recognized institute or university with at least 50% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of legal work experience in courts, government, or quasi-judicial bodies. At least 1 year of mandatory experience in MSME disputes, arbitration, or mediation is required.
  • Skills: Strong drafting skills, proficiency in English and the local language, and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

2. HR (Office/Secretarial)

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or Board.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in handling data entry.
  • Skills: Proficient in computer skills, internet usage, web surfing, and data processing/interpretation using Excel.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

Selected candidates will assist the Council with various tasks, including:

  • Managing delayed payment references and legal procedures.
  • Identifying legal issues for adjudication and preparing case summaries or arbitral awards.
  • Assisting small enterprises (MSEs) in filing cases on the ODR portal.
  • Maintaining official files, documents, and performing data entry for current and old cases.
