- Educational Qualifications: Requirements vary by position. Many Category-3 roles (such as Junior Assistant or Stenographer) require a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and a “CCC” or “O” level certificate from NIELIT. Technical roles require relevant Engineering degrees.
