Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Post Graduate in any discipline (Preference given to Economics, Business Administration, or Commerce).
- PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication (PGDJMC) OR Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication (DJMC) OR 5 years of experience as a Sub-Editor/Asst. Sub-Editor at any active newspaper.
- PGDCA/DCA Certificate with Odia DTP writing (Mandatory).
2. Training Requirements
- Compulsory Cooperative Training: Higher Diploma in Cooperative Management (HDCM), Diploma in Cooperative Management and Administration (DCMA), or Diploma in Cooperative Management (DCM).
3. Age Limit (as of 01.04.2026)
- Minimum: 25 years
- Maximum: 42 years
- Note: Upper age relaxation applies to SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/Women candidates per Govt. of Odisha rules.
Selection Method for Recruitment at Odisha State Cooperative Union Ltd.
The selection process is based on an aggregate of carrier marks, a written test, and a viva-voce.
Written Test (100 Marks):
