Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Science, preferably in Sociology or Psychology.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in family counseling.
- Note: If such candidates are not available, individuals over 35 years old with a degree in Social Science and experience in social service or welfare activities may be considered.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write Odia and must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
- Health: Must be of sound health and good physique.
- Marital Status: Must not have more than one spouse living.
- Legal: Must submit a declaration that no criminal cases are pending.
Remuneration
The selected candidate will receive an assisting fee for each day of actual work and a monthly retainer fee. These rates are fixed by the State Government in consultation with the High Court of Orissa.
