Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a B.A. or B.Sc. degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: A minimum of 02 years in hostel management is required.
- Residential Status:
- Preference is given to local candidates from the Anandapur block area.
- If no suitable local candidate is found, applicants from adjacent blocks within the Keonjhar district will be considered.
- Note: Candidates from outside Keonjhar district are not eligible for this post.
Special Provisions
- In-service OAV Teachers: Female teachers currently working at OAV who are willing to take on warden duties (including night stays) can receive an additional monthly remuneration of Rs. 3,000/-.
- Retired Teachers: Retired female teachers who are physically and mentally fit may apply, provided they are within the age limit of 62 years at the time of engagement.
