Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- BMM: Post Graduate degree or 2-year Diploma from a recognized university.
- Cluster Coordinator: Graduate degree from a recognized university.
2. Experience Requirements
- BMM: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in managerial or coordinator roles within rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihoods.
- Cluster Coordinator: Minimum 01 year of post-qualification experience in similar sectors.
- Experience must be from Government/Local Body/Government-aided institutions listed on the NITI Aayog website.
3. Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026)
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 35 years (Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories and Chhattisgarh residents as per state norms).
Selection Process for Zilla Panchayat Raigarh Recruitment
The selection will be based on a merit list calculated out of 100 marks:
- Academic Weightage: Based on percentages in PG, Graduation, 12th, and 10th (varies by post).
- Experience: Up to 15 marks (including bonus marks for experience specifically within the Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission).
- Skill Test/Interview: 10 marks for the written/skill test and 5 marks for the interview.
