- Education: Graduate degree from a recognized university and a one-year diploma/certificate in Computer.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant experience post-graduation in rural development, poverty alleviation, or livelihoods at the block/cluster level.
- Experience Source: Must be from Central/State Govt, Local Body, or Government-aided institutions listed on the NITI Aayog website.
