Vice President – Lending & Project Finance
Education Qualification:
Graduate or postgraduate studies in any field from an accredited university or other establishment
Preferred: MBA Finance, PRM, ICWA, CFA, CA, or an equivalent
Experience:
12 years or more of experience in the corporate or financial industry; of which should be in the financial sector for at least six years. The applicant must have at least three years of expertise in project finance lending and corporate credit appraisals.
Age Limit:
55 years of age or younger (as of the advertisement date)
Job Responsibilities:
In charge of mobilizing new customers and business, processing proposals with appropriate credit research and due investigation, and securing permissions for them. reaching the company’s goals while taking into account different factors. Additionally, he or she will be in charge of following up with customers for documentation and condition compliance, updating sector trends and research reports for influence on portfolio, working with different other agencies/lenders, monitoring asset quality, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
In charge of a combination of business systems and credit operations, this person will be in charge of accounting, documentation, loan administration, monitoring and sanction compliance, regulatory reporting, collections, and back-office system and process design, implementation, operation, and ongoing improvement in accordance with NABFID policies and procedures.
VP-Executive Assistant (MD Office)
Education Qualification:
CA/Post Graduate from a recognized University / Institution
Preferred: Postgraduation in Management will be preferred.
Experience:
12 years or more of experience working for banks or other financial institutions

Job Responsibilities:
In charge of overseeing the group of analysts and senior analysts and offering the Managing Director (MD) top-level administrative support, making sure the MD’s schedule, communications, and operations are all conducted effectively. Help the MD with research, special projects, and other duties as required. Create and check documents for accuracy and completeness, such as credit proposals, reports, memorandums, and presentations. In order to create internal capacity and support a high-performing team, s/he will also mentor and develop analysts and senior analysts, improving their abilities and expertise.
VP – Corporate Strategy, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
(Transaction Advisory Services)
Education Qualification:
CA, MBA, or postgraduate degree in any field from an accredited university or other establishment.
Experience:
At least 12 years of experience with a focus on PPP and project finance, with at least 5 of those years spent in transaction advisory or PPP advisory roles in reputable financial institutions or consulting firms
Age Limit:
55 years and below (As on date of advertisement)
Job Responsibilities:
to provide transaction advisory services for both public and private organizations at NaBFID, including best practices into all facets of financial analysis, bid process management, and transaction structuring. Oversee the planning and advising of intricate infrastructure transactions, such as PPPs and project finance programs. To examine project viability and financial structuring choices, perform thorough financial analysis that includes financial modeling, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
Remuneration
Pay will be given according to qualifications, experience, suitability, previous salary, and market benchmarks; it won’t be a barrier for qualified applicants.

Nature of Engagement
The contractual engagement will last for a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years, with the Bank having the option to extend it for a longer period of time.

Selection Process:

On the basis of eligibility and pertinent experience, the candidates’ applications will be reviewed and shortlisted. To make the final decision, the required number of shortlisted applicants will be invited for interviews. Eligibility, experience, qualifications, and performance during the personal interview will all be taken into consideration when making the ultimate decision.

In addition to a personal interview, shortlisted candidates may be subjected to psychometric testing, an assessment center, or any other selection process the Bank deems appropriate. A committee established for this purpose will conduct the in-person interview. Only meeting the requirements for eligibility does not guarantee that a candidate will be invited for an interview. Only the Bank’s Selection Committee will have the authority to choose, and their choice is definitive.
