Brief about MSCB UNIVERSITY, Baripada: On July 13, 1998, the Orissan government founded the Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University (MSCB University), formerly known as North Orissa University (NOU). The Bar Council of India, DEC, IGNOU, and NCTE have all recognized MSCB University, and it is listed among the Association of Indian Universities and the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
