Vacancy at IIT Bhubaneswar: INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY BHUBANESWAR has issued notification 09/05/2025 for the engagement of Medical officer(Female) on contractual basis.

IIT Bhubaneswar invites applications from eligible candidates for conducting walk-in-interview to fill up the post of medical officer on temporary basis. The interested candidates are suggested to go through the following vacancy details before applying for the position.

Educational Qualification & Experience
Essential Qualification : The candidate should have pursued MBBS including completion of 1 year of rotating internship Experience : The applicant should have experience of one year in a government, semi-government, central autonomous body, or reputable hospital is preferred. Applications from fresh graduates are also encouraged.

Age Limit
The candidate’s age should not be more than 65 years.

Remuneration
The Medical officer will receive monthly salary of Rs. 70,000/- with experience less than 3 years and Rs. 80,000/- with minimum experience of 3 years.

Nature of appointment ant Tenure
The engagement is purely contractual and temporary in nature. The contract period of this appointment is six months at first, with an extension possible upon satisfactory performance.

General Instructions:

Candidates must obtain the application form from the Institute’s website and submit it, properly completed, to info.recruitment@iitbbs.ac.in by May 19, 2025, at the latest, or their application may not be considered for an interview.
When registering for the interview, a hard copy of the completed application form (included) and a set of photocopies of your experience and educational credentials must be turned in. It is also recommended that candidates bring their original certifications for validation.
The candidate should register their name for the interview and report to the location listed below at 10:00 a.m.
Attending the interview will not result in any TA or DA reimbursement.
