Remuneration
The Research Associate (RA) will receive Rs. 58,000/-per month+ HRA as remuneration.

Educational Qualification

Essential: Ph.D. in computer science, biological science, bioinformatics, NGS data analysis, computational biology, or a closely related field.
OR
Having three years of experience in computer science, computational biology, or NGS data analysis following a postgraduate degree or its equivalent.
at least one research article published in a journal with the Science Citation Index (SCI).
Desirable Qualification:
i. Publications on research in the topic under question.
ii. Work experience in single-cell genomics research.
iii. Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and biostatistics.
iv. Knowledge of biomedical research methods.

Age Limit
The maximum age to apply for a project role is 28 years old; this can be lowered to 5 years for candidates who are female, PWD, or members of Schedule Castes or Schedule Tribes, and 3 years for OBCs (non-creamy layer candidates). The upper age limit will be calculated as of the application deadline.

Job Descriptions:

Collecting clinical samples of clear cell renal cell carcinoma from physicians and working with pathologists to categorize tumor specimens are among the duties. If the chosen candidate is skilled in computational genomics, they will either execute bioinformatic analysis and interpretation of bulk and single-cell sequencing data or construct libraries for bulk and single-cell genomic analysis.
