PIPILIQUE Mahila Hastshilp Producer Company Limited is inviting applications for two contractual posts: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Finance Executive (FE).
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Essential Qualification: You must have an MBA, a Master’s Degree, or a Post Graduation Diploma or equivalent in fields like Marketing Management, Rural Management, Development Management, or other relevant areas. Alternatively, a graduation degree in agriculture, agriculture marketing, agri-business management, BBA, or any equivalent degree is acceptable.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and above of experience is required. Preference will be given for post-qualification experience in managing Producer Companies (PCs) or Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
- Maximum Age: 40 Years as on April 1, 2025.
- Salary: ₹20,000/-.
Finance Executive (FE)
- Essential Qualification: You must have a Graduation in Commerce along with a PGDCA or BCA. Preference will be given if you have a Post Graduation in Commerce and/or knowledge of TALLY. You should also have completed 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject or have an alternative background in Commerce or Accountancy.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and above of experience is required.
- Maximum Age: 35 Years as on April 1, 2025.
- Salary: ₹10,000/-.

It was established on April 25, 2023, with the purpose of promoting and strengthening the Applique Cluster in Pipili, which is an important strategy for nurturing rural livelihoods under OLM.
Appliqué (locally known as Chandua in Odisha) is a traditional textile craft where patches of colored fabrics are sewn onto a base fabric to create decorative patterns. The craft is intricately linked to the Lord Jagannath cult and is famously practiced in Pipili, Puri district, where it is used to create items like canopies, umbrellas (Chhati), and the cloth covers for the deities’ chariots during the annual Ratha Yatra festival.
