🎓 Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment under NHM Puri
- Qualification: MBBS from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- Registration: Must have valid Registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration.
- Upper Age Limit: Up to 70 years.

- Venue: Office of CDM&PHO, Puri.
- Registration Time: Candidates must register their name before 9:30 AM (half an hour before the scheduled time of 10:00 AM). 10

- All original certificates (educational qualification, age, experience, etc.).
- One set of self-attested photocopies of all original certificates.
- Two Passport size photographs.

- Registration Certificate from the respective Medical Council.
