Eligibility Criteria
1. Pujari
- Essential Qualification: Shastri degree from a recognized Sanskrit University.
- Preferred Skills: Education from a Gurukul, 2 years of experience as a Pujari in a temple/ashram, and an Acharya degree.
- Key Requirements: Proficiency in Sanskrit (pure pronunciation), knowledge of Vedas, Puranas, Upanishads, and expertise in Havan, Puja-path, and Karmakand.
2. Manager
- Essential Qualification: Graduate degree from any recognized university.
- Preferred Skills: 2 years of management experience in a religious institution/ashram; PG/MBA or a Diploma in Temple Management.
- Key Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, administrative capability, crowd management skills, and security experience.
