Age Limit
According to the requirements, the applicant for any position must be between the ages of 18 and 42. However, if an applicant is enrolled in special school, the highest age limit can be lowered to five years.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant needs to be an Indian citizen.
- Have the ability to read, write, and speak Odia.
- Possess good character and conduct iv. Be in good physical and mental health and free from any physical defects that could hinder his ability to perform his tasks in the service.
- He needs to have passed the middle school language exam in Odia. or have successfully completed matriculation or an equivalent test in a non-language topic using Odia as the medium of instruction. or completed an Odia language test administered by the Education Department in the Middle English School Standard; or passed an Odia language test in the final exam of Class VII or higher.
- He or she needs to have registered their name with either the Local Employment Exchange or the Special Employment Exchange in Bhubaneswar.
- In addition to having experience in a similar field in schools or educational institutions, he or she must have obtained a minimum of 50% in the basic qualifying exam (not applicable to post-art, craft, music, mob, PET, attendant, or cook). This is contingent upon meeting the necessary educational requirements.

Eligibility for Recruitment under District Collector Odisha /Cuttack
- She must be a permanent resident of Cuttack District and an Indian citizen.
- She must be healthy and of good character.
- Candidates with prior hostel experience will be given preference.
- Administration and practical expertise of the “eee Certificate of Nutrition/Music/Arts/Co-curricular Activities.”

Nature and Tenure of appointment
The Lady Matron will be hired under a contract, and her employment will only be temporary for a year at a time, with the possibility of renewal at the end of that year if she performs satisfactorily.

- Free boarding, accommodation, and medical services will be offered to boarders as needed.
- No regularization of service plan will be available to the Matron in this situation.
- When they become sixty, they will be released from their responsibilities.

- A candidate will be chosen based on their Plus 2 score, which will also take into account their desired qualifications and appropriate prior experience.
