Proficiency in computers and office software packages (MS Office). Knowledge of spreadsheets, database packages, and web-based management systems. Hands-on experience with Tally software (mandatory). Working knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office (essential). Good presentation skills. Enthusiastic and willing to work in coastal areas, including field visits through creeks and long walks in difficult terrain. Strong written and oral communication skills in Odia and English. Understanding of institutional frameworks in rural coastal communities. |
Age Limit | The candidate must not be more than 50 years of age as on the date of application. |
Tenure | The appointment will be for an initial period of 1 year from the date of joining, with the possibility of renewal on a yearly basis, subject to project requirements and satisfactory performance. |
Remuneration | A consolidated amount of ₹40,000/- per month will be paid. Travel entitlements will be provided as admissible under project rules. |

Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate will work under the direct supervision of the District Coordination Officer (DCO), the Divisional Forest Officer, and the State Project Manager.
- Act as the focal point at the district level for overseeing the finance and administrative aspects of all activities under the three project outputs at both district and landscape levels.
