🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (Essential):

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized university/institute.

Experience (Essential):

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in database management or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.

  • ₹70,000 per month (fixed)
  • Annual increment of 8% after one year of satisfactory performance.

⚖️ Selection Process for Recruitment of Data Analyst at NESTS

đź“‚ Scope of Work (Key Responsibilities)

  • Collect, validate, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop quantitative models, charts, graphs, and dashboards using EMRS data.
  • Create and maintain project status reports, risk logs, and data systems.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for workshops and meetings.
  • Support project management functions within EMRS teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data visualization and reporting.
  • Engage with departments to define data requirements and implement solutions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of data and adhere to NESTS’ policies.

🛑 Important Terms & Conditions

  • Engagement is on a full-time contractual basis (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
  • No allowances such as DA, accommodation, medical facilities, or transport will be provided.
  • Leave entitlement: 1.5 days paid leave per completed month of service (pro-rata).
  • Services may be terminated by either side with 1 month’s notice or salary in lieu.
  • Consultant may be required to work on weekends/holidays if needed.
