🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Essential):
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
Experience (Essential):
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in database management or data analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.

- â‚ą70,000 per month (fixed)
- Annual increment of 8% after one year of satisfactory performance.

⚖️ Selection Process for Recruitment of Data Analyst at NESTS
- Screening will be based on educational qualifications, experience, age, and academic record.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
- NESTS reserves the right to set higher cut-off criteria for shortlisting and to reject any application without assigning reasons.
đź“‚ Scope of Work (Key Responsibilities)
- Collect, validate, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop quantitative models, charts, graphs, and dashboards using EMRS data.
- Create and maintain project status reports, risk logs, and data systems.
- Prepare presentations and reports for workshops and meetings.
- Support project management functions within EMRS teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely data visualization and reporting.
- Engage with departments to define data requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of data and adhere to NESTS’ policies.
🛑 Important Terms & Conditions
- Engagement is on a full-time contractual basis (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
- No allowances such as DA, accommodation, medical facilities, or transport will be provided.
- Leave entitlement: 1.5 days paid leave per completed month of service (pro-rata).
- Services may be terminated by either side with 1 month’s notice or salary in lieu.
- Consultant may be required to work on weekends/holidays if needed.
