RECRUITMENT OF EXECUTIVES IN LEGAL & COMPANY SECRETARY DISCIPLINE THROUGH THE INSTITUTE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES OF INDIA (ICSI)
Talcher Fertilizers Limited (TFL), a joint venture company of Coal India Limited (CIL), GAIL (India) Limited, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) has been formed for setting up a Coal Gasification based Fertilizer Plant at the site of the closed FCIL plant unit at Talcher, Angul district, Odisha. The plant shall produce 12.7 Lakh MT per annum of urea through coal gasification process. The plant is currently under construction phase. Qualification & Experience
The minimum requirements for the posts in the Legal & Company Secretary discipline are as follows:

Candidates having experience in PSUs / Govt. Organizations will be given preference. |
| Manager – Legal & Company Secretary (E-3 Grade) | A Company Secretary qualification via ICSI and/or legal qualification is required. | 04 years of relevant executive experience is generally required for Manager (E-3) grade executive posts in TFL. |
- Additional Qualification: An additional qualification of ICMA / CA is preferred for the Chief Manager role.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), excluding applicable Convenience Fee and taxes.

Selection Process for Recruitment at Talcher Fertilizers Limited (TFL) 2025:
The selection for Chief Manager and Manager executive posts typically involves multiple stages:
- Shortlisting: Initial shortlisting is based on Merit-Based criteria derived from the application details.
- Final Stage: Shortlisted candidates are generally called for a Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI).
- Venue: The selection process (GD/Interview) is tentatively held at Bhubaneswar.
