Experience:
- 15–20 years overall, including minimum 8 years in a managerial role in a large/medium cooperative organization
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (as on 30.06.2025)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production and utilities of the cattle feed plant
- Optimize manpower and machinery for cost-effective operations
- Ensure quality and output meet market standards
- Introduce new technologies for efficient plant functioning
- Monitor and implement production schedules
- Maintain inventory control
Position: Deputy General Manager (Dairy Operations)

Qualification:
- Full-time B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology OR
- B.Tech/ B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) OR
- Postgraduate in relevant field OR
- PGDRM/MBA (Operations Management) from a recognized university/institute
Experience:
- 15–20 years in total, including at least 8 years in a managerial role within a medium-to-large cooperative organization
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 30.06.2025
Nature of Employment: Contractual
Remuneration: Monthly consolidated salary – Negotiable
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement organizational policies and ensure effective execution
- Plan, supervise, and monitor the work of subordinate staff
- Prepare and oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities, packaging materials, spare parts, and transport for milk & milk products, along with monitoring civil/mechanical projects

- Degree in Business Administration OR
- Postgraduate in a relevant field (preferably with MBA in Marketing / PGDRM)

- 15–20 years of total experience, including at least 8 years in a managerial role in medium-to-large cooperatives

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing plans, develop pricing strategies, and conduct market intelligence to establish new/alternate channels and strategies
- Ensure implementation of approved marketing strategies for milk distribution and dairy product sales
- Oversee modern trade and e-commerce channel strategies, ensuring timely execution
- Identify, appoint, and manage area-wise distributors and retailers for product placement and promotion
- Supervise transport tenders, optimize use of insulated and hired vehicles, reorganize routes to minimize per-litre transport costs
- Conduct regular market surveys and consumer studies

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement framed policies for procurement management, technical inputs, chilling centres/BMC units, and cattle feed plants
- Plan and oversee procurement, technical inputs, chilling centres/BMCs, dairy cooperative society operations, and logistics for milk procurement, bulk milk coolers, chilling centres, and cattle feed plant operations
- Manage Milk Union activities and Quality Management Systems, ensuring proper monitoring of milk quality, quantity, and timely payments to unions
- Supervise, monitor, and guide subordinate staff to ensure smooth operations
