Selection Procedure for Recruitment at OAV Tileibani Deogarh
Candidates must appear before the selection board for empanelment, where their suitability will be assessed. The board will evaluate career marks and prior experience in OAVs. Marks will be calculated by taking 10% of the percentage secured in HSC (excluding extra optional), Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and B.Ed. An additional 5 marks will be awarded for each M.Phil. or Ph.D. degree. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in OAVs.
Retired teachers who have faced punishment in vigilance cases, departmental proceedings, or criminal prosecutions will not be considered for engagement under this scheme. Likewise, retired teachers who joined any political party after retirement will also be ineligible
