Note on Remuneration: AYUSH Medical Officers and Clinical Psychologists are eligible for a KBK incentive (Rs. 4,000 and Rs. 1,000 respectively) plus a Performance Incentive (PI) of up to 25%.
Eligibility
1. Medical Officer (AYUSH Homeopathic)
- Education: Must have a BHMS degree from a recognized university and have completed internship training.
- Registration: Must have a valid registration from the Odisha State Council/Board of Homeopathic Medicine.
- Age: 21 to 38 years as of Jan 1, 2026.
2. Clinical Psychologist
- Education: Post Graduate degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology AND an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or Medical & Social Psychology (2-year full-time course approved by RCI).
- Odia Language: Must have passed Odia up to M.E. standard.
- Age: 21 to 45 years as of Jan 1, 2026.
Selection Process for Recruitment at NHM Kalahandi
The selection is merit-based and varies by position:
- AYUSH Medical Officers: Career Assessment based on marks from Matriculation (20), +2 (20), BHMS (50), and PG in Homeopathy (10).
- Clinical Psychologist: A total of 100 marks split between Mark Assessment of M.Phil results (50 marks) and a Viva-Voce test (50 marks).
